7 Signs You’re A Spiritual Entrepreneur

When I was a teenager I hit rock bottom and tried to take my life. For years prior, things seemed gloomy and hopeless, like a never-ending cycle of one unfortunate circumstance after the other and I was tired of the struggle. The final straw came when I was kicked out of high school, and my father told me he didn’t want me in his life. I thought it would be better to leave this earth than to keep living the hellish reality I was experiencing.

Fortunately, the Universe had other plans for me and I survived. And that suicide attempt served as a wake-up call. From that day forward I made the choice to stop wallowing in self-pity and start taking accountability for my own life.

I’d be lying if I said it was simple, or I figured it out quickly. The truth is, it took me years to unlearn a lot of the limiting self-beliefs that were keeping me trapped in negative thought patterns, and preventing me from embracing my true potential.

But, once I released the past hurt, anger, and resentment, and forgave those I was begrudging, I found freedom, happiness, and peace.

And the more I learned about the Universe, the soul, energy, manifestation, and our ability to create our own reality, the more I uncovered my own limitlessness. Then a few years ago it dawned on me — my purpose for being here is to help others uncover their limitlessness too, and I dove head first into spiritual entrepreneurship.

And if you were drawn to read this article, chances are that’s because you too are being called to be a spiritual entrepreneur.

1.) You have a burning desire to uplift and inspire people

After my suicide attempt, I began to connect with people on a deeper level. My conversations went from me thinking about what I was going to say next when someone was talking, to me actually listening to the person talking. I felt elated when I could help someone work through whatever issue they were facing with no agenda other than seeing that person leave our conversation happier and more hopeful.

If you have a burning desire to help others feel better and more inspired, then that’s a definite sign you’re a spiritual entrepreneur in the making!  If you aren’t sure what business you should get into or start, don’t worry. Follow your intuition, and pay attention to the things that energize you and make you feel good!

2.) You enjoy sharing your gifts and experiences with the world 

If you live your life like an open book and enjoy letting others in and talking candidly about your experiences and lessons learned with the purpose of helping others, then this is another tell-tale sign you’re a spiritual entrepreneur.

Keep sharing your gifts with the world because the world will benefit from what you have to offer.

3.) You’ve found a lesson in all of your hardships, and want to teach others how to do the same

When I hit rock bottom, I wasn’t looking for a lesson in my experience – I was looking for a way out. But, as time went on and I was able to let go and forgive, I started to realize how profound and transformative that experience was in my life. It allowed me to switch directions, and discover my true path.

Perhaps the same is true for you. Maybe you’ve lived through a traumatic experience, or your life has been filled with one challenge after the other. But you’re not stuck in a state of blame, because you’ve realized the key to true freedom is accepting what comes your way without getting stuck in the “why me” victim mentality.

Every time something unexpected happens to you, you’re able to move beyond it and extract a lesson from it. And because you’re aware of how life-changing this ability is, you are on a mission to teach other people how to do the same so they too can experience personal freedom and happiness.

4.) Money is not the driving force behind why you do what you do

When I first launched this website, I didn’t know what I was doing or how I’d make money doing it. But, that didn’t matter because I knew as long as I was able to reach people and inspire them, that I was doing my job.

If you’re nodding your head in agreement and would do what you’re passionate about regardless if you got paid or not because you know people are always more important than profit, then chances are you’re a spiritual entrepreneur.

Make sure to keep on doing what you’re doing. And remember, whenever you’re pursuing your true purpose money will follow too!

5.) You have an internal knowing you are meant to guide people and make them feel good

For as long as you can remember, you’ve always been good at making others feel good. There’s just something about your energy that people love, and others feed off of your high vibration.

You’ve always known it was your life’s purpose to uplift people and teach them how to release limiting self-beliefs and past hurt so they can embrace a more positive-minded, empowered life.

6.) You want to bring more love and connection into the world 

You know the highest vibrating emotion is love, and you have a strong urge to bring more love and connection into the world so others can live in alignment with their true purpose and potential.

Whatever you do in life, you want to make sure you’re able to let people know they are loved beyond comprehension and connected to everyone and everything in the Universe.

7.) You understand you are a limitless creator capable of manifesting anything you want in your life 

When I first dove into self-development and began learning all I could about the Universe and my place in it I was amazed. I remember thinking to myself, “I wish I’d learned this stuff a lot sooner!..” Now I’m on a mission to help others do just that.

If you can relate, and know you aren’t bound by time and space and want to teach others how to be conscious creators in their lives, then this is another sign you’re a spiritual entrepreneur.

Being a spiritual entrepreneur means living your life authentically, and creating circumstances for yourself and others that are transformative, uplifting and born from a place of love.
