Spirituality Made Simple.
Hi! I’m Antasha. I’m a 35-year-old mama to a beautiful 9-year-old boy named Elijah and a 3-year-old girl named Brooklyn. We’re currently based in New Orleans, but planning on spending the summer in Europe. We enjoy visiting local bookstores, giving thanks for our abundant blessings, creating, and trying new things!
But, my perspective on life wasn’t always flowers and sunshine. I grew up in a poor household and battled depression and morbid unhappiness as a teenager and young adult — once attempting suicide. Fortunately, the universe intervened and for the past 15 years has been loyally coaching me on spirituality, the divine laws of the universe, synchronicity, meditation and so much more.
I started CAJ Spirituality after asking myself a million-dollar question: If I won the lottery today, what would I do with the rest of my life? The answer was to bring more positivity, hope, connectedness, love, and inspiration into the world.
Spoiler alert: I didn’t win the lottery (in the traditional sense anyway). So I asked myself another question: How can I do this sans lottery money?
The answer came to me in the most unexpected way — through a text message I received randomly. It read, “The artist is nothing without the gift, but the gift is nothing without the work.” I knew if I wanted to connect with my true self and purpose, I’d have to start taking inspired action.
Equipped with a new found perspective, and some insight from two incredibly talented women (thanks Chloe and Josephine), CAJ Spirituality was born.
The purpose of CAJ Spirituality is to casualize spirituality and make it attainable for anyone, anywhere, anytime.
My hope is the content and resources provided here will enlighten your thoughts, inspire your mind, touch your heart and soul, and ultimately get you to ask yourself that million-dollar question and act on it.
